Honestly, I was expecting a lot more from this book - but that's just me.Pernia's take on fashion is all about following your intuition and channeling your personality through what you wear. She offers philosophical advice to help you get started. Don't get me wrong, there is a decent amount of useful advice in there...but most of it would help the fashion novice. Maybe that is her target audience.
The book itself is a quick read and she does promote her pop-up shop through the chapters. Also, she recommends stores based in India - So if you are located in the US you may not have access to them unless they sell through her website.
I would not consider this book a 'Fashion Bible'.
